Placement Overview

Training and Placement Cell is Intended towards proper placement of students. It advices to the students on career options and provides the latest information on training & employment opportunities.

Training and Placement cell are providing guidance, counselling and bringing students and potential employers together to achieve the best possible placement depending on the market scenario. The cell looks after the interest of the students and the employers by providing them the necessary platform.

Objectives of Training and Placement Cell are as follows:

To organize campus recruitment for final year students in reputed organizations and companies.

To facilitate companies for recruiting candidates as per their requirements by creating awareness amongst the students regarding various career options 

To enhance students’ capability by providing training in Aptitude & soft skills. Conducting summer training/internship and industrial visit for students.

To bridge gap between Industries and institutions through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets & Industrial Visits etc.

Phases of Placement 

Phase 1

In order to develop and boost interest of students member from companies are invited   through Training, Workshops, live project guest lecture and pre placement talk.  

Phase 2

Students Profile and other relevant details are collected by placement cell and shared with companies

Phase 3

The companies conduct pre placement talks to give complete details about job profile   

 Phase 4

Collected the resume from the interested candidate and shared with the companies 

Phase 5

Companies are called on campus placement drive on the basis of interest shown by the students

Phase 6

Companies conduct their selection process which typically comprises of short listing, group discussions, written test, aptitude test and interviews 

Phase 7

Final result are announced by the companies and jobs are offered to the students
